QELM is the time clock your crew actually uses. One tap to start the day, one to end it, and the hours land straight on the timesheet your office sees.

CLOCK IN AGAINST THE JOB Pick the job, tap once, and you are on the clock. The app remembers the last job you worked, so most mornings it is one tap and nothing else. Every punch says back the job and the time it booked, so you know it went through before the phone goes in your pocket. Working somewhere the office has not set up yet? Type the address and punch against that instead.

START THE DAY WITHOUT OPENING THE APP On iOS 18 and later, clock in and out from Control Center or the Lock Screen. One press, no unlocking, no hunting for the app. Once you are on the clock the running time sits on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, and on a Home Screen widget, so you can check the shift without opening anything.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Basements, new builds, the far end of a site. Punches taken with no bars are held on the phone and sent the moment signal comes back, and they book the time you actually took them, not the time they arrived. Your pay does not move because the site had no service.

SEE YOUR WEEK BEFORE PAYDAY Every shift in the week, grouped by day, with the punch times and the hours behind each one. The week's total sits at the top. No surprises on payday.

ASK FOR A CORRECTION Forgot to clock out? Tap the shift, put in the times you actually worked, say what happened. It goes to your manager as a request. Nobody edits their own hours, which is what keeps the timesheet worth trusting. If the office changes one of your shifts, the timesheet shows that it was changed, who changed it, and when.

PHOTOGRAPH A RECEIPT Buy materials, photograph the receipt, and the app reads the vendor, the total and the date off the paper for you. Check it, pick the job, done. The receipt is filed against that job for the office.

SIGN IN WITHOUT A PASSWORD We email you a link. Tap it once and you are in. After that it is Face ID. There is no password to forget on a job site and none to write inside a hard hat.

EN ESPAÑOL The whole app is in Spanish as well as English, and follows whatever your phone is set to.

WHAT YOU NEED QELM is used by construction and trade companies. Your employer sets up your account and adds you to the workspace; you cannot sign yourself up. If your company does not use QELM yet, ask your office about it.

ABOUT LOCATION The app records where you were at the moment you punch, so your employer can verify the hours they are paying for. That is the only time it reads location. There is no geofence, nothing is recorded between punches, and nothing is recorded while the app is closed.
