Features & Capabilities

Wait, who's that kid? Calls from school, new names, more apologies. Worn down before talking starts. TroubleNote organizes troubles by who and when — for parents only.

■ Stop saying "Wait, who's that kid?" — a note made for parents

Another call from the school. Every time the name pops up on your screen, your chest tightens. Not again, not my child—. Who is it this time? The same kid as last fight, or someone new? You're already worn down before the conversation even starts.

TroubleNote helps parents organize their children's troubles by "who" and "when." It doesn't judge or evaluate. It just lays things out clearly. That's all it's designed to do.

Especially built for parents of children with ADHD, autism spectrum, or HSC traits, who face an unusually high volume of social incidents.

■ For parents who:

· Feel their chest tighten every time the school calls · Want to keep records of apologies made to other parents · Can't match faces, personalities, or family info to their child's friends' names · Want to see whether the same trouble keeps repeating · Need to share clear records with teachers, counselors, or specialists · Don't want personal notes seen during interviews with their child

■ Organized by "people" and "time"

  1. Calendar Trouble dates appear as dots on a monthly calendar. Filter by location (school, family, lessons) or tap a date to see only that day's records.

  2. By-friend tally Each friend gets an automatic count: Victim / Aggressor / Reprimanded / Other. Sorted by frequency so trends jump out at a glance.

  3. Location filters Manage friends and troubles separately by school, family, after-school activities, and more. Customize icons and colors freely.

  4. Trouble records Date · your child's role (Aggressor / Victim / Reprimanded / Other, multi-select) · category (Words / Injury / Damage / Opposite-sex / Attitude / Other) · free text. Pick multiple people involved, and the same incident is logged for each one.

  5. Multiple kids switch Register siblings together. Switch instantly from the header. Set a default child for the launch screen.

■ Parent-only notes — protected by Parent Gate

Friends' personalities, parents' contact info, and free-form notes appear only after passing a mental-math Parent Gate. 3 wrong answers triggers a 30-second lockout, so they stay invisible during interviews with your child.

"What was that mom's contact info again?" "This child's mom is cooperative — easy to talk to." Keep these honest, parent-only notes safe from your child's eyes.

■ Parent Gate and ads

Ads appear once, immediately after passing the Parent Gate. They show only on parent-side screens (admin panel, friend info, adding friends). While you hand the phone to your child for an interview, no ads ever appear. The risk of children seeing harmful ad content is minimized.

■ What this app intentionally does NOT do

· No cloud sync (saved on your device only) · No features for children to use (parent-only by design) · No social sharing or external integration · No automatic judgment or advice on trouble content · No targeted ads, no user tracking

Focused only on "organize and visualize."

■ Privacy

Your data is saved only on your device. Nothing is sent to any cloud or our servers. Record honestly, with peace of mind.
