SudoSwap is a fresh take on Sudoku — every number is already on the board, some in the wrong place. Tap a tile, tap another, and swap them into position. No typing. No guessing. Just pure logic and speed.

EASY TO PLAY, HARD TO MASTER Every puzzle is fully solvable from the start. Your goal is to solve it in as few swaps as possible. Every wasted move counts against your score — and so does the clock.

HOW TO PLAY • Tap any tile to select it • Tap another tile to swap them • Red tiles are out of position — get them home • Help for when you are stuck (Solo Only) • Solve the board with the lowest score possible

SOLO MODE Race against yourself across four difficulty levels: • Easy — 8 pairs out of place • Medium — 10 pairs out of place
• Hard — 12 pairs out of place • Goat Mode — 40 pairs out of place

MULTIPLAYER MODES Challenge friends locally or across multiple devices. Practice against AI. Take turns swapping tiles — every wrong move adds to your penalty. The player with the lowest score when the board is solved wins. Fast, fun, and surprisingly competitive.

DAILY PUZZLE A new board every day, the same one for everyone. Fourteen swaps, three minutes, one attempt. Take your place on the daily leaderboard.

LEADERBOARDS Every completed puzzle saves your score. Track your best times and swap counts across all difficulty levels and compete for the top spot.
