TripSquad is how groups of friends actually plan trips together, and how solo travelers plan the ones nobody else is free for.

Every group has one trip that's "definitely happening." The one that lives in the group chat for six months and never actually happens. TripSquad takes the trip out of the group chat. Or, if you're going alone, takes the planning out of seventeen browser tabs.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a trip. Name it, pick a rough vibe, add dates. Solo or with a squad.
2. Invite your squad by @tag or link. No one else needs to download the app. Squad members fill out their preferences in a branded web form on their phone.
3. Let Scout generate options. Our AI travel companion takes everyone's vibes, budget, and travel style and suggests destinations that work for the whole squad. Or just for you.
4. Vote together. Everyone picks their favorite. Each destination shows whether it fits the squad's budget, slightly stretches it, or goes over. Ties are broken by Scout.
5. Destination reveals. A cinematic reveal plus a shareable boarding pass.
6. Run the trip from one place. Day-by-day itinerary, squad chat, packing list, trip photos, Scout-picked stays and eats, booking coordination, and a passport stamp when you get home.

• Invite by @tag or link. Add squadmates by their TripSquad handle, or share a link with anyone. Recipients fill out their preferences in the browser. No download needed.

• Scout, the AI travel companion. Not a chatbot. A planner. Scout helps with destinations, itineraries, packing, day-of tips, hotel picks, restaurant picks, and budget fit across the whole squad. Pick a tone that fits how you actually talk: standard, chill, or terse.

• Squad Budget Fit. Anonymous by default. Scout sees what everyone can afford, finds the shared zone, and tunes picks to match. Never share your number. Just whether you're in the same range.

• Stays + Eats. Scout-picked hotels and restaurants for every trip. Real places, real prices, neighborhood and "why I picked it" reasoning, maps and booking buttons on every card.

• Book tab. Coordinate flights and accommodation as a squad. Anchor flights, group-stay tracker, deadlines, lock-in celebrations.

• Full group chat. Replies, reactions, mentions, voice memos, photos, pinned messages.

• DMs with squadmates. Planning happens in public, coordination happens in private.

• Destination hubs. Real info for every place you vote on, not stock filler.

• Trip recaps and stamps. When the trip ends, you get a recap card and a passport stamp to keep.

• Trip Pulse and Sunday Brief. Smart, scheduled push reminders before, during, and after each trip, plus a weekly digest of every trip you're on. Built with anti-spam gates so we only show up when it matters.

• Light and dark, both done right. Daylight light mode for the morning. Cinematic dark mode for everything else. Pick one or let your phone decide.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Your trip, your squad, your data. Block, report, and delete account are all one tap from your profile. If you delete your account while hosting trips, the most-engaged squadmate inherits the trip so the squad's work isn't lost. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
