Cownt replaces paper records for professional dairy hoof trimmers: document every session as you work and generate a finished report for your client, straight from the device.

RECORD SESSIONS WITH EASE • Add cows with the built-in numeric keyboard or a Bluetooth HID scanner. • Log affected hooves, treatments and severity grades with a single tap. • Leg Mode keeps you on one hoof at a time, moving the selection to the next after every tap - switch it off to treat several together.

COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT TRACKING • Cover the full range of bovine hoof conditions: Digital Dermatitis (DD), Sole Ulcer (SU), White Line Abscess (WLA), Interdigital Phlegmon (IP), Hoof Crack (HF), and more. • Choose the code set that fits you: the standard sixteen, or a wider catalogue aligned with ICAR that adds sole haemorrhage, double sole, heel horn erosion, horn fissures, swelling and "examined, no lesion". • Or build your own list of conditions from scratch - a name is enough, and you can copy ours as a starting point. Your codes are explained in the PDF and Excel legend, so whoever reads the report never sees a bare code. • Keep the working screen to the codes you actually use. Hiding a code never removes it: reports still explain every code that was recorded. • Easily track additional procedures like wraps, blocks, dehorning, and tail clipping - now with the ability to record more than one wrap or block per hoof. • Severity scales follow recognized ICAR standards.

HOOF ZONES AND MOBILITY • Mark exactly where on the claw the lesion is. The report explains the numbering with the same drawing you tapped. • The clinical side of the claw is what gets stored - lateral or medial - so the record still means the same thing years later. • Score mobility on the AHDB 0-3 or Sprecher 1-5 scale, with lameness figures in the report. The two scales are kept apart and never converted into one another. • Both are optional and off by default - a quick entry stays the default path.

VOICE CONTROL - HANDS FREE • Record findings without touching the screen - say the ear tag, the hoof and several treatments in one sentence, and the whole entry lands at once. • Add or clear a treatment, set a severity grade or a bandage count by voice. • Nine languages: English, Polish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. Entirely offline - nothing you say ever leaves the device. • A built-in guide lists every phrase that works, so you always know what to say. • Optional and switched off by default.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION • Photograph each cow and individual hooves, with the camera or from your library. • Optionally embed them right into the PDF report.

PROFESSIONAL CLIENT REPORTS • Generate a detailed report with one tap and share it as a PDF. • Collect on-device signatures from both the trimmer and the farmer. • Add a cost summary with your own rates, VAT and discount - including billing positions you define yourself, such as a helper's hours. • Export data to XLSX for seamless integration with external farm management systems. • Personalize every report with your logo, certificate number and contact details, in a Modern or a print-friendly Classic theme.
