Photo Submission Users can submit photos for review directly from the app, including optional permission for app use and research purposes. This helps support future improvements to the reference library and identification quality.

AI and Identification Notes AI results are designed to assist identification, not replace careful review. Lighting, angle, water clarity, juvenile forms, colour variation, and image quality can affect results. Always compare features carefully, especially for similar-looking species.
