ieINSPECT for Appraisers

ieINSPECT is a data capture tool for licensed real estate appraisers. A free ieIMPACT account is required; no payment is needed.

The app captures three types of data during property inspections:

1. Form data — structured fields matching UAD 2.6 and UAD 3.6 appraisal standards
2. Photos — tagged by category (front exterior, kitchen, bathrooms, street, etc.)
3. Floor plan sketches — freehand drawings with room labels

TO TEST THE APP:

1. Sign in with the provided credentials
2. Tap "New Inspection" on the home screen
3. Fill any sample property address in the form fields
4. Tap the Camera icon to capture or import a photo (any photo works for testing)
5. Tap the Sketch tool to draw a sample floor plan
6. Try any of the 3 export options: Save to Device, Email Report, or Sync to ieIMPACT

The app works fully offline after sign-in. Data syncs only when the user explicitly taps the Sync option.

No advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking.
