Keepfolio keeps after-sales records for the appliances and electronics you already own. Save a name, attach the receipt or product label, and add warranty or maintenance dates. When something needs repair or you hand an item over, open that record and take the originals with you.

Text recognition, document scanning and barcode reading run on this device. Suggested brand, model, serial number, price, and dates are applied only after you tap them. Warranty length presets calculate an end date from the purchase date; they are not confirmed coverage.

Keepfolio Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the 20-item limit and unlocks a filing queue, sharing one receipt across several items, and searching the text inside your documents. The free plan already includes reminders, OCR, scanning, single-item document packs, and a full backup. There is no account and no cloud sync in version 2.1. Your records stay on this device.
