ZYM puts a personal AI fitness coach in your pocket — ready to talk, plan, and keep you on track. Here's what you can do:

• Call your coach, hands-free Start a live voice call and talk through your plan, your form, or your motivation, just like a real session. Turn on your camera and your coach can check your form in real time. Calls are audio-only by default and run up to 5 minutes.

• Form Check Upload your videos, pictures, or simply call your AI coach to get annotated form checks with beginner-friendly explanations and tips.

• Chat with your coach anytime Prefer typing? Open the chat and ask things like: "How do I do this exercise?" "What should I train today?" Attach a food photo for a quick nutrition read, or a workout photo for a form check. Your coach responds with workout suggestions and general nutrition feedback based on your goals, experience, and recent activity.

• Plan your day and check it off Ask your coach to "help me plan a workout," then tick off each exercise as you finish. Jump to any date to look back on what you trained.
