A huge hassle. I don’t know who decided that email won’t suffice and instead decided to complicate everyone’s lives with this stupid app. The notifications don’t work as other apps with an instant red dot you can see from the Home Screen. Instead, it sends an email at the end of the day saying I have a message, but I can’t see the message at all. I then have to go into the app to check the message. It would be SO much simpler to just check my email and see the message from the teacher rather than having this extra step. Additionally, none of my ‘contacts’ are the people that I would need to contact (like the office staff) and it won’t allow me to add any contacts. Overall, it’s annoying and complicating communication for everyone.

Yet another platform to deal with that doesn’t work well and doesn’t send notifications. I am not sure if I am getting what I should be receiving. Just adds more stress to parental involvement.
