Ayah for your heart ·آية لقلبك
Tuma'nina — طمأنينة, "tranquility of the heart" — is a gentle Islamic wellness companion that meets you in whatever feeling you bring.
Pick an emotion: anxious, sad, grateful, lonely, angry, heartbroken, hopeful, overwhelmed, peaceful — or any of 23 shades in between. Tuma'nina offers you:
• A Qur'anic passage carefully chosen for that feeling — with the original Uthmani Arabic, transliteration to help you recite, and English or Arabic translation.
• Classical tafsir — a brief explanation from scholars who spent their lives with the Qur'an, drawn from Tafsir Ibn Kathir, As-Sa'di, and Ibn al-Qayyim.
• An authentic hadith — a relevant Prophetic saying, with narrator and source citations from Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Sunan Ibn Majah, and more.
• A thoughtful reflection — a few sentences in plain, warm language bridging the verse to your lived experience.
• Practical steps — 3 to 5 concrete things you can do right now. Check them off as you go. Your progress saves automatically.
• A full du'a — the exact Arabic supplication, with transliteration, translation, and source in the Sunnah.
• Related verses — 2 to 3 other verses on the same theme, so you can keep going if the first one didn't reach you.
