— PRIVACY Altar is local-first. Your guarded-app selections never leave your device. Cloud sync is opt-in. The AI Bible Companion requires explicit consent before any data is sent (Apple guideline 5.1.2(i)). Altar Circles content is private to your invited members — no public feed, no analytics SDKs, no ads.
