For Players: Build a verified profile with season stats, highlight videos, and career history. Set your opportunity status and target leagues so the right representatives find you on your terms. Your availability and league preferences are only visible to verified representatives, keeping sensitive career moves private from teammates and opponents. Connect with other professional players who understand the European hockey landscape; share experiences, get advice, and build relationships that last beyond any single season.

For Representatives: Search verified players by league, position, availability and more. Manage your current roster, send connection requests with personalized intros, and build meaningful relationships with players who match what your clubs are looking for.

ScoutBoard: ScoutBoard is the opportunity marketplace of ScoutBase. Verified representatives appear on ScoutBoard with their agency, positions covered, leagues covered, and recruiting status. Verified players appear with their position, current league, current team, interested leagues and opportunity status. Every card you see is a real verified professional. Your personalized Matches for You section surfaces the most relevant profiles automatically based on your position and leagues, while the full board gives you visibility into everyone actively on the network.

Verified Members Only: Every profile on ScoutBase is manually verified. You won't find fake accounts, bots, or casual fans. Only verified professional players and representatives have access to the primary features, so every connection you make is a real one. Every member joins through a personal invitation from someone already in the network. Once your account is verified, you'll find the Invite a Pro option in the Discovery page of the app. Enter their name and email and we'll send them a personal invite on your behalf. Each member receives a limited number of invites that refresh weekly, keeping the network trusted and intentional. Your career connections stay professional, private, and meaningful.

Verification Process: Complete the required fields in your profile, then submit for verification. Players can verify using their Elite Prospects profile link, team roster link, or league stats link. Representatives can verify through their agency or organization website, LinkedIn profile, or PHPA/NHLPA certification number. Our team reviews each submission manually before granting full access.

Privacy is King: You control who can find you and how. Set your visibility, manage your discoverability, and connect on your terms. We never sell your data or use your profile for advertising.
