ConRa is a digital portfolio and verification platform for the built environment.
Every other portfolio shows images. ConRa shows proof.
In ConRa Photos, inspection logs and milestone records are captured in the
field and signed at the moment of capture with tamper-evident
metadata — including location and time — so anyone reviewing them
later can check whether the file has been altered since.
WHY IT MATTERS
A construction photo on its own proves very little. It can be
re-dated, re-used from another site, pulled off the internet, or
sent from three hundred kilometers away. That gap is expensive:
lenders release tranches against evidence they cannot check, remote
owners fund progress they cannot see, and professionals carry no
portable record of what they actually built.
ConRa closes the distance between the site and the person who needs
to trust it.
HOW IT WORKS
- Capture on site. Photos are taken inside the app, not imported
from your gallery.
- Signed at capture. Each file is issued with tamper-evident
metadata aligned to the C2PA standard (Coalition for Content
Provenance and Authenticity), of which ConRa Technologies is a
member.
- Bound to place and time. Captures carry GPS coordinates and
capture time, checked against the project's registered boundary.
- Verified later. Anyone you share a capture with can check
whether it has been modified since it was signed.
BUILT FOR
Contractors and developers
Build a verified project portfolio that travels with you — a track
record you can show a new client or a bank without starting from a
blank reputation on every job.
Architects and engineers
ConRa connects architects, engineers and construction professionals across borders, so distance never limits who designs, reviews or delivers your project.
Banks and lenders
Milestone evidence tied to construction loan disbursement, so
tranche decisions rest on geotagged, signed site captures rather
than unverified photos forwarded over messaging apps.
Diaspora and remote investors
Follow site progress from anywhere. Because captures carry
C2PA-aligned metadata, you can confirm when and where a photo was
taken instead of relying entirely on a contact on the ground.
NGOs and development finance
Field evidence for grant reporting and donor audit that is
checkable at the file level, across multiple sites and
implementing partners.
FEATURES
- Smart Site Capture: Automatically seals verified GPS coordinates, atomic timestamps, and device identity onto every site photo at the moment of capture.
- C2PA -aligned content credentials on every capture that complies with global media provenance standards.
- Milestone & SOV Organization: Keep site proof cleanly organized by project, trade, phase, and Schedule of Values (SOV).
- Shareable verified project Portfolio: Turn completed milestones into a portable, authenticated track record you can share with future clients and financial partners.
- Offline Field Capture: Snap progress on remote job sites without cell service. All photos and telemetry sync automatically once connection returns.
- Records structured for lender and auditor review
WHAT CONRA DOES NOT CLAIM
No system can make a file impossible to alter. ConRa makes
alteration detectable. That is the difference between tamper-proof
and tamper-evident, and it is the standard that content provenance
systems worldwide are built on.
