Griffin Vault is a professional document management application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It organizes, secures, and syncs your documents across all your Apple devices using iCloud.

Organize your documents into folders, subfolders, and groups with a hierarchical tree view. Assign contacts to folders for client-based filing. Tag documents for cross-referencing. Use custom document types and statuses to track your workflow from intake to completion.

Scan physical documents directly from your device camera or connected network scanners. Griffin Vault runs optical character recognition (OCR) on scanned documents automatically, making every word searchable. Full-text search finds documents by content, name, ID, tags, contacts, or any metadata field.

Sync happens automatically through iCloud. Documents, folders, contacts, settings, and profile data stay in sync across all your devices. Changes made on one device appear on the others within seconds. Your data lives in your private iCloud database — no third-party servers involved.
