Daily tracking

A live calorie ring and macro bars update as you log. Weekly insights show your average intake, protein hit-rate, and goal streak. Calorie targets are calibrated from your age, weight, height, and activity level using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — adjust them anytime in Settings.

Fridge-to-recipe

One photo of your fridge contents turns into a list of recipes you can actually cook tonight. Browse 3,700+ recipes drawn from Wikibooks Cookbook, USDA FoodData Central, and TheMealDB. Adjust servings on the fly — ingredients and macros recalculate live.

SnapCal has no backend that stores your meals. Everything lives in SwiftData on your iPhone. No accounts. No email. No analytics SDKs. No tracking IDs. The only thing that leaves your device is the food photo itself — sent over encrypted HTTPS to OpenAI's API for analysis and immediately discarded per their API data-usage terms.
