The Equipment: We utilize our exclusive, custom-engineered XTP Reformers (X-Formers) across both locations, designed for precision, safety, and maximum results.

Group Reformer Classes: Limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention. These sessions are challenging and varied, focusing on core stability, flexibility, and total body control.

Private Pilates Sessions: One-on-one instruction tailored strictly to your body’s needs and goals.

Rehabilitative Privates (LUXE Exclusive): Our 2024 expansion, LUXE, features a dedicated private room for rehabilitative work. We specialize in helping clients navigate low back pain, disc injuries, joint replacements, and postpartum recovery using Pilates principles.

Teacher Training: Our renowned XTP Teacher Training program (launching every April) mentors the next generation of Pilates experts in our proprietary methodology.
