• Mood & Body Awareness — Track how you feel each day. Tap on a body outline to record where you hold tension or emotion.

• Journal — Write private journal entries with customizable fonts and styling.

• Balloon Messages — Discover uplifting messages hidden inside animated balloons. Pop one to reveal an encouraging thought.

• Care Corner — Access wellbeing resources, support services, and educational links organized by country (Romania, Serbia, Greece, North Macedonia, Germany, Turkey, and EU-wide).
