Two ways to play:

• Beat — Set a score. Your friends get three attempts to top it. Whoever lands the highest number wins. Push-ups in a minute, basketball shots from the three-point line, burpees until you drop — if you can count it, you can challenge it.
• Repeat — Did the workout. Got the receipts. Tap to log it and join the pack. Perfect for daily streaks, group routines, and "did you actually do it?" accountability.
