Nearbyy is a session-based discovery navigation companion for drives and road trips. Start monitoring before you set off, and Nearbyy searches the surrounding area for interesting attractions, events, useful stops, road updates, and local stories.

Explore by category:

• Attractions — discover castles, historic places, unusual landmarks, cultural sites, and natural features • Events — find noteworthy things happening nearby • Shops — see restaurants, cafes, stores, and other useful stops • Roads — review relevant road closures, construction, disruptions, and local travel updates • Map — browse discoveries together in one place

Move the map to explore another area, select a result for more information, or open a place in Google Maps. When a story catches your attention, choose Hear story to listen in your selected language.

Nearbyy stays quiet while the app is open. Spoken audio only begins after you choose Hear story.

Privacy:

Nearbyy uses your location, or the center of an area you select on the map, to find nearby places and relevant information. Search information is sent securely through our server to Google services when required to provide discoveries and spoken stories.

Your settings and recent discovery cache are stored on your device. Nearbyy does not use advertising or advertising trackers.

Nearbyy is a discovery and informational companion. It does not provide turn-by-turn directions or emergency guidance. Events, opening hours, road information, and other time-sensitive details may change, so verify important information before relying on it.
