When plans change, skip the next occurrence with a tap without turning the alarm off for good. Custom generated sounds are one-time consumable purchases; each generation is moderated before it ships. You can optionally log wake-up times with Apple Health (HealthKit) so your wake moments sit alongside your other health data.

Apple Health (HealthKit) wake data is written to your Health app and is never used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
