How it works Import — Bring in the images you need (up to many frames in one session). Reference — Choose the base image that represents the scene context you want to anchor to. Mark — Place precise marks where the laser dot appears on each laser frame. Trajectory — See a smooth path through your marks so you can sanity-check continuity and geometry before export. Export — Generate a composite image with the options you need—such as trajectory line, point markers, and optional pixel coordinate labels—so your output matches agency or lab standards.

Built for field-to-desk workflows LaserTrail is designed for focused, low-distraction use on iPhone: high-contrast previews, pinch-to-zoom and pan on marking and trajectory screens, and double-tap to reset the canvas when you need a clean view. Your work stays on device under normal use (images and session data are stored locally on the phone).
