YOUR RECORDS AND CONNECTED FEATURES Standalone patient records and charts are stored on your device. Optional Office Link shares chart data with your connected office computer and uses online services for office access and connection setup. We and our service providers process setup usage, device, and security information. You can choose whether to share setup answers and can turn off connection diagnostics in Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
