WHAT CAN PETS HELPER DO?

ASK WITH MORE CONTEXT Ask about everyday care, feeding, behavior, routines, or something you noticed. Add a photo or voice note when text alone is not enough. The assistant uses your question, selected pet profile, and relevant pet-care references to provide cautious educational guidance.

ORGANIZE EACH PET'S CARE Create a separate profile for every companion. Keep species, breed, age, weight, allergies, care notes, and medical context connected to the right pet.

BUILD A USEFUL HEALTH HISTORY Log symptoms, meals, medications, vaccines, veterinary visits, and supporting documents. Review important details in one organized place before your next appointment.

SAVE THE ANSWERS THAT MATTER Save, copy, and share useful assistant responses. Chat history and saved answers stay connected to your account and the relevant pet, subject to your plan's retention and saved-answer limits.

HELP LOST PETS GET HOME Browse public Lost & Found community reports by country and city or publish a report without signing in. Reports remain public for 15 days and are then automatically removed for data safety.

FIND NEARBY VETERINARY CARE Use location-based discovery to find nearby veterinary clinics when professional care may be needed. Location access is optional and can be changed in device settings.

FREE AND OPTIONAL UPGRADES Free access includes limited weekly assistant credits, pet profiles, image and voice usage, and may include interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos can provide eligible in-app rewards. Pets Helper Pro expands assistant and media limits, supports unlimited pet profiles, and includes longer chat history. A lifetime No Ads purchase removes forced interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

Subscriptions may include an introductory trial for eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
