Beat Hazard Arcade

Considering people were complaining about not being able to add songs from files then the person who made the game fixed that, I hope it means they listen to problems. So I have two main problems but I’ll start with the easiest one. It isn’t optimized for iPad. It takes up 2/3 of the screen and the rest of the screen is just my wallpaper. Anyways the second problem is that it might use ai art. The app thing you click on to play the game looks suspiciously ai generated, and an asset I encountered in the game did too. I’d honestly prefer reused assets from previous games or even this game instead of ai generated content, and some people might see the ai looking app and be scared away. Also this isn’t an issue with the app but just a general issue, it provides a leaderboard for each song, an online leaderboard. The problem with this is itd be a different leaderboard depending on the file, whether you got it from iTunes, bandcamp, a media fire download in the video descriptions, a YouTube to mp3 download, a SoundCloud to mp3 download, etc.. However, this isn’t an issue with the app itself and more of an issue with how something like that could work. Maybe if it scanned a bandcamp file, noticed it’s the exact same as an iTunes file, and gave it the same leaderboard, or if you could label a song as a specific song from iTunes or bandcamp or YouTube or wherever then itd work, but with that compilation albums that have the same songs as other albums would have different leaderboards because the same song is available twice on iTunes or bandcamp or whatever. Anyways, please just focus on fixing the first two issues, especially the second one. While I played beat hazard ultra for countless hours on iPad when I still used iTunes, I could get used to this, and I’ve been doing well in what I’ve played.

Hey there long time beat hazard fan! I hate giving bad reviews especially for a solo dev so I won’t! BUT there is an issue I gotta talk about which ruined beat hazard 2 on IOS for me and now Beat Hazard Arcade. Not being able to port music through files. Almost all of my music is on my phone storage and it really sucks not being able to play any of it. Having to HAVE to go with iTunes or Apple Music limits me to afew select songs which gets old after while. I’ve seen other apps be able to import music from files so I’m hoping it wouldn’t be too hard to ask. But who knows, I’m no dev and so I can’t really say how easy it would be, but that’s all I’m asking for. Wishing the best for this game.
