• Toggle between tasks assigned to you and tasks you've assigned to others
• View open tasks on every contact's card without searching
• Add a task from any profile or as a free-form task from the Tasks tab
• Pick the about-person, assignee, due date, and keyword answers in one sheet
• Status badges (Accepted, Declined) and overdue highlights at a glance

KEYWORD QUESTIONS

• When a TouchPoint™ keyword has admin-defined questions (visit details, hospital info, decision specifics), the form appears automatically
• Eight question types supported: text, textarea, dropdown, yes/no, checkboxes, date, headers, and instructions
• Answers save back to TouchPoint™ exactly the way the web UI stores them

CALLER ID

• Identify incoming calls from church contacts
• See the caller's name before you pick up
• Powered by Apple's CallKit framework

OFFLINE MODE

• Search cached contacts when you have no internet
• Caller ID works offline. Contacts are synced to your device
• Automatic detection with a visual indicator

TEAMS CALLING

• If Microsoft Teams is installed, choose between a phone call or a Teams call
• No setup required. Teams is detected automatically

SIRI INTEGRATION

• "Hey Siri, Search TP Go" to look up any contact by voice
• "Hey Siri, Connect in TP Go" to call from the lock screen
• Results appear instantly in the app

LOG INTERACTIONS

• Log phone calls, emails, and texts back to TouchPoint™
• Add notes or create follow-up tasks on any contact
• Choose type, direction, and add optional notes
• Activity history tracks all your interactions

TEAM FEATURES

• Each staff member signs in with their own TouchPoint™ credentials
• Admin-managed display settings control visible fields and which task surfaces appear
• Baptism date, join date, emergency contacts, Tasks tab, Tasks on contact card, and more, all configurable per church
• Access respects TouchPoint™'s role-based permissions

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TPxi Go subscription (TPxiGo.com)
• Separate TouchPoint™ church management subscription required
• TouchPoint™ username and password (SSO not yet supported)
