Built-in camera Shoot several photos in a row without leaving the camera. Flash, tap to focus, pinch to zoom, and a front camera when you need it. Review what you captured and drop anything you don't want before it reaches the record.

• Apple on-device transcription - free, private, works offline, no setup required
• OpenAI Whisper - higher accuracy, supports more languages, uses your own API key

Tidy up dictated notes Clean up the punctuation and capitalisation in a dictated note without changing what it says. Your wording is checked word by word, and anything that alters the meaning is flagged before you accept it. Runs on device where Apple Intelligence is available, or through your own OpenAI key.

Nothing leaves your device unless you choose an OpenAI feature - and then only the audio, or the single note you asked to tidy.

Organized from the start Group records into folders by project, location, date - whatever makes sense for your workflow. Name individual records so you can find them again. Sort folders by recently used or date created. Move records between folders at any time.

Export as PDF Generate a report from any folder with one tap. Every photo gets its own page, with the record's notes following. Perfect for insurance claims, inspection reports, research logs, or any situation where you need documentation that holds up.
