Aisona connects PACE program participants with Sona, an AI care companion designed for daily conversations about how you are feeling. Talk with AIsona each day — about your energy, your comfort, your mood, or anything that's on your mind — and your care team at your PACE center is kept informed so they can support you better.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your care team at the PACE center gives you a setup QR code
2. Scan the code once, and Aisona is ready for daily use
3. Open the app, tap to start a voice conversation with Sona
4. Share how you are feeling — Aisona listens and asks clarifying questions
5. Your care team sees a summary so they can check in when needed

WHAT AISONA IS — AND IS NOT Aisona is an AI companion designed to listen and help you share how you're doing with your care team. Aisona is not a doctor or nurse, and does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or urgent-care advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

PRIVACY AND CARE TEAM SHARING Conversations with Aisona are protected. Voice and video are processed by trusted AI providers (Tavus for video conversations, OpenAI and Anthropic for language understanding) under contractual protections. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? Aisona is designed specifically for participants in the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs served by K-Day PACE Center and partner centers. Activation requires a QR code from your care team. If you are not currently enrolled in a partner PACE program, this app is not for you.
