What OwlCare is OwlCare is the official mobile app for the Wisefido elder‑care platform. It connects authorized users to the same monitoring and alarms your organization runs in the cloud—optimized for iPhone and Apple Watch.

On your phone • Live card dashboard — room‑level status, filters, and counts at a glance. • Alarms & workflows — pending and resolved events, handle flows, and navigation to resident context. • Radar & trajectory — where enabled, open layout and replay views tied to your deployment. • Push notifications — stay informed of meaningful alarm activity (behavior depends on server and tenant settings). • Sleep reporting — view sleep reports when your account and devices support them.

On your wrist The Apple Watch companion surfaces key card status and alarm context so you can notice changes without pulling out your phone.

Privacy posture The platform is built around non‑camera, non‑audio sensing at the system level; the app does not add in‑home video or microphone capture—it displays data your organization already collects under its policies.

Important OwlCare requires an existing Wisefido / institution account and backend. It is not a standalone consumer sensor product. Features available to you depend on tenant configuration, roles, and integrated hardware.
