I am a slow, beginner runner. I put the same into the app. The training plan still had my zone 2 training at 2min faster per mile than I can manage. I thought it might adjust after I logged a run with it, but no dice. I liked that there was a diet plan and fueling recommendation with the training plan. Once the basic function needs are addressed it might be nice to incorporate a weekly shopping list for the week’s meals.

Doesn’t sync with any Apple devices and just endlessly says it will refresh with plan. No plan given. Really too bad. I was looking forward to it.

Features promised but not delivered: 1) App gives no feedback and doesn’t adjust workouts despite claims, and having access to Oura data. 2) Multi-sport mode doesn’t work: if you use both cycling and running, it would only do one. Workouts quality: Workouts are really questionable: my cycling coach reviewed the schedule and called it peloton type of activities. This is not a quality training. Usability issues: Last but not least, app keeps quietly signing you out. At this point I don’t know what they’re really doing besides harvesting the data and siphoning money out of investors.
