Little Ledger is built to make everyday family admin easier. You can scan paperwork directly into the app, import files and images, organise records by child and type, and use powerful search to find documents, auto-extracted text, notes, reminders, medications, milestones, and more in seconds.

The app also helps you stay on top of care and routines. Track medications with schedules, log doses, review recent history, and keep reminders and appointments linked to the right child and record. A family agenda view helps you see upcoming tasks, appointments, and medication schedules together.

For the moments you want to keep, Little Ledger lets you save milestones, celebrations, and growth updates in one place. Store milestone photos, record measurements, and keep a clearer picture of your child’s story over time.

Little Ledger is designed to be private and flexible. Your records can stay on device, and you can protect access with Face ID or your passcode. You can also export a full backup for recovery, restore a saved vault when needed, and choose how you sync: keep things local, transfer updates manually, or use secure iCloud sync and sharing when that suits your family.

On supported devices, Little Ledger can also use Apple Intelligence to help review longer documents, create on-device summaries, suggest useful details, and surface possible follow-ups while keeping the original record close by.

Optional integrations with Apple Reminders and Apple Calendar let you link reminders and events only when you choose to turn those features on.
