Each workout day requires at least 30 minutes of activity verified by your smart device. Hit your goal? You earn points from the penalty pool — funded by those who didn't follow through. Miss it? Your card gets charged. It's simple, fair, and surprisingly motivating. HOW IT WORKS

Set your weekly workout target (e.g., 4 days per week) Each pledged day requires a minimum 30-minute workout Choose your stake — how much you'll pay per missed day Work out using any device that syncs to Apple Health (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, and more) At the end of each week, your workouts are automatically verified Meet your goal and earn points. Miss it and pay up.

FAIR & VERIFIED Workouts are verified through Apple Health using data from smart devices. Each day requires at least 30 minutes of recorded activity to count.
