RevField

RevField is a field data collection app for agricultural scouts and farm teams who record on-site observations across fields and blocks. Pick a farm, drop GPS-pinned observations on a satellite or street map, classify what you see, and your records sync to your team's data store when you reconnect.

• What you can do

Map your farm. View block boundaries as polygons over a satellite or street basemap. Toggle block labels, zoom, and fit the whole farm to the screen with one tap. A live GPS chip shows your current source and accuracy.

Record observations. Drop a point with your live GPS fix or pick a spot on the map. RevField auto-detects which block the point falls inside, auto-generates an editable tag, and lets you choose the exact date and time.

Classify what you see. Use a cascading selector to narrow from category to issue type to subcategory to the specific observation type. Rate severity as Healthy, Monitor, Action, or Critical. Add notes and an optional photo from the camera or gallery; photos are compressed automatically before upload.

Work offline. Enable offline access per farm and RevField downloads farm and block data plus map tiles covering the farm area. New observations save locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns. An offline banner, per-farm last-sync timestamp, and pending-sync count show you exactly where each record is.

Stay on top of activity. The Dashboard summarises today, this week, and all-time observation counts, shows a map preview of the selected farm, and lists recent activity including pending and failed syncs. Map markers are colour-coded by severity, and unsynced points show up in orange so you can see at a glance what has not been sent yet.

Search and filter. Search past observations by text, filter the logs list, and tap an entry to view its full details, edit it, or delete it.

Export your data. Export observations for the selected farm to GeoJSON or KML and share them through any installed app.

Sign in securely. Sign in with your team username or email. Local offline data, including pending observations and cached photos, is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on your device.

RevField is intended for users who already have an account with their organisation's RevField service.
