Each day, nudge gives you what you need for where you are in your treatment. Short, useful information timed to your injection week. A simple place to log how you're feeling. Honest answers to common questions. Gentle prompts that quietly look out for you, never get in the way.

What you can do with nudge: • See content that fits your week, whether you're on Mounjaro (tirzepatide) or Wegovy (semaglutide) • Track how you're feeling in seconds — taps, not paragraphs • Watch your weight trend over time • Get plain-English answers to common questions about your treatment • Share what you log with your healthcare team, if you're working with one

Apple Health (optional): Sync the things you log in nudge — weight, meals, exercise, mood — with Apple Health, so the same numbers appear across your other apps. With your separate permission, nudge can also read steps, sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and active energy to give you a fuller picture. You control everything in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health, and you can disconnect inside nudge whenever you want.

What nudge is not: nudge is an information and behaviour-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend or change your medication dose. It is not a replacement for your prescriber, GP, or pharmacist.
