ACTIVE CAFFEINE & HEALTH (Premium)

• Active caffeine: the estimated amount of caffeine still present in your body, in real time. It rises with every drink and gradually falls over the hours, so you know at a glance how much will be left at bedtime. Shown in the app, on the widget, on Apple Watch, and as watch face complications.
• Sync with the Health app: save your caffeine and water to Health to see them alongside the rest of your data.
• Caffeine, sleep, and heart analyses: discover the link between your caffeine and your real sleep, and between your caffeine and your resting heart rate. These analyses use Health app data and are calculated directly on your device: they never leave your iPhone.
