v1.7.0: project every open poll at once, name and manage the devices in the room, and export a closed poll with the ballots behind the count listed line by line.

Run live votes at conferences, assemblies, town halls, and large gatherings — even when the internet is overloaded or unavailable. MeshVote turns every phone in the room into a node in a Bluetooth mesh network, so votes propagate peer-to-peer without Wi-Fi, cell signal, or a central server.

Create a group in seconds, share a QR code, start polling. Joining and voting need no account, no sign-up, and no personal information.

— THE MESH —

MeshVote forms an ad-hoc Bluetooth mesh between nearby devices. Votes and poll data spread by gossip — each phone relays to its neighbors, who relay to theirs. The result: real-time voting that works in airplane mode, in basements, at remote retreats, and in venues with no reliable connectivity.

Designed for assemblies of thousands — more people means better coverage, so the mesh strengthens as it grows.

— NETWORK SYNC —

Every group runs an encrypted cloud relay alongside the Bluetooth mesh by default. Members joining mid-session catch up instantly, and votes propagate even between devices out of Bluetooth range. Poll questions, ballots and chat are encrypted with your group's invite key, which is never sent to our servers — their contents are unreadable to us.

Need maximum isolation? Admins can create a group with Network Sync off: it runs pure Bluetooth — nothing leaves the room, no server holds anything, no remote attack surface at all. The choice is made at group creation. Bluetooth Sync stays flexible — admins can switch it off or back on any time while Network Sync is on, so a group always keeps a transport.

— RUNNING THE ROOM —

Project the whole agenda: presentation mode shows every open poll at once in a live grid, each tile with its own ballot, running chart and vote total. Tap a tile to focus one poll full-screen; close it from its tile, or end the round with Close All and leave the wall of results up for the room.

— PRIVACY BY DESIGN —

• Votes are a recorded show of hands — encrypted with your group's key, private from outsiders and from us, not a secret ballot. • Group invite keys never reach our servers — the relay carries the encrypted contents but never the key that opens them. • You can run a fully offline group with no remote attack surface at all.
