MIDE is your pregnancy journal: one place to follow your journey week by week, recording what matters to you. Built to stay simple and private, it helps you keep appointments, symptoms, weight, medications, notes, and photos organized.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Timeline by gestational week: open any week and add the details you want to remember. • Weight: log and review entries in the context of each week. • Symptoms: track how you feel in a way that works for you. • Medications: save what you take and review it anytime. • Notes: jot down questions for your provider or everyday moments. • Photos: capture your bump week by week and browse everything in a gallery. • Appointments: schedule visits or events from the matching week. Optional reminders notify you 5–120 minutes before (device notifications). • Multiple pregnancies: when one ends, it stays archived; you can start a new pregnancy later and still view past journals in read-only mode.

ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Your data is tied to an email-and-password account and stored securely on our servers so you can use the app on your device. Terms and privacy notice are available inside the app. MIDE is intended for users 18 and older.

Interface in Spanish and English; switch in Settings.
