Not all habits are the same. Habit Loops gives you three flexible tracking methods:

  2. Count-based tracking Ideal for measurable outputs like pages read, reps completed, or tasks finished. Example: 50 pushups, 20 pages, 10 tasks.

  3. Session-based tracking For habits that are simply about showing up. Example: 1 workout, 1 meditation session, 1 practice. You choose what fits your habit—no forced structure.
