I installed LAB - Social Crypto App out of curiosity, but the experience has been extremely underwhelming and raises a lot of concerns. The app presents itself as a “social crypto hub” with trading features and competitive elements, but in reality it feels more like a flashy concept than a fully trustworthy or transparent platform. The interface looks polished at first glance, but once you start using it, the functionality feels shallow and unclear. There is very limited information about how the platform actually works, how assets are managed, or what guarantees users have. In a financial-related app, especially one involving crypto, this lack of transparency is a major red flag. The “social trading” and “leaderboard” features feel more like gamification rather than real financial utility. It gives the impression of encouraging competition without clearly explaining the risks or underlying mechanisms. Another concern is trust. The app pushes sign-in and onboarding quickly, but there is not enough verifiable background about the team, regulation, or security practices. For something that touches financial assets, this is not acceptable. Overall, this app feels more like marketing hype than a reliable crypto platform. I would strongly advise users to be cautious and avoid depositing any funds unless there is much clearer transparency and regulatory backing.
