Hk Check-in

H.K Check-in is the mobile app for Harvesters Kent Church, UK. It supports pastoral care and member check-ins: pod leaders stay in rhythm with the people they look after; members see their pod and stay informed.

FOR POD LEADERS • Home: See how your assigned contacts are doing — up to date, due soon, or overdue — and open someone with one tap. • Members: Your assignment list with last check-in and RAG (red / amber / green) status at a glance. • Check-ins: Submit a pastoral check-in with a clear RAG choice and notes when needed for follow-up. • Announcements: Read church updates and respond to polls when leaders share them. • Notifications: Get reminders and updates (you can allow or deny alerts in Settings).

FOR MEMBERS • See your pod mates and announcements aimed at you. • Sign in with the email you used to register.

WHO CAN USE THE APP This app is for Harvesters Kent Church only. Anyone can create an account and sign in with their email. If you’re new and you’re not already in our ChurchSuite directory, we may add you to ChurchSuite during signup so the church keeps one consistent member list.
