RED RaceControl turns your phone into a real-time GPS tracker for outdoor sport events.

IMPORTANT — YOU NEED A REGISTRATION FROM YOUR ORGANIZER

RED RaceControl is not a standalone consumer GPS app. It only works if you are registered for an event with an organizer who uses RED RaceControl — you receive a personal registration link or QR code from them. Without that, you cannot complete setup or be tracked for an event. If you downloaded the app without a link, contact your organizer or visit red-racecontrol.com (see below).

WHAT IT DOES

• Real-time GPS tracking during scheduled race events • Automatic start 1 hour before your race begins • Automatic stop 1 hour after maximum race time • Battery-efficient background tracking, even when the screen is off • Reliable transmission across mountains, forests, and remote terrain

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up with your race organizer
2. Receive a personal registration link (or QR code that opens the same link)
3. Tap the link on your iPhone — RED RaceControl opens automatically
4. Tap "Authenticate" and allow location and notification access
5. Tracking activates automatically when your race is in its scheduled window

RED RaceControl is built for long days, weak signal, and tough environments: background tracking is optimized for multi-hour events across forests, mountains, deserts, and remote terrain.

PRIVACY YOU CONTROL

We collect only what's needed for live event monitoring: GPS coordinates, timestamps, and battery status. Tracking runs only in your registered event window. You can disable Auto-Start Tracking at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on EU servers. Details: https://red-racecontrol.com/tracking-privacy

• Registration with an organizer who uses RED RaceControl (registration link or QR code) • Location services enabled (Always — required for background tracking during the event) • Internet connection (cellular recommended for live transmission)
