COACHES — CREATE & MANAGE TRYOUTS Set up tryouts in minutes with customizable evaluation criteria. Choose from six skill categories — Hitting, Fielding, Throwing, Pitching, Bunting, and Speed — each with detailed sub-skills. Select your preferred grading scale (1-10, 1-5, or qualitative) and configure age groups, birthday cutoffs, and public or private registration.

REGISTER PLAYERS WITH EASE Share a registration link via text or email. Players and parents register for free — no account needed. Coaches can also add walk-in players on the spot. Set birthday cutoffs to automatically enforce age eligibility. Past tryouts are automatically closed to new registrations.

EVALUATE WITH YOUR FULL COACHING STAFF Invite assistant coaches and evaluators by email. Each evaluator grades players independently, and Tryout Pro automatically averages scores across your entire staff for fair, unbiased results. Evaluate by player (grade one player across all skills) or by skill (grade all players on one category at a time).

RANK & EXPORT RESULTS View instant player rankings sorted by overall average, individual categories, or specific sub-skills. Expand any player to see a full skill breakdown with color-coded score bars.
