Attract AI is a utility application designed to provide objective, AI-driven analysis for text conversations, profile text, and portrait photographs. We have built the app with strict adherence to Guideline 5.1.1(i) and standard legal requirements. CORE FEATURES • Chat Analysis: Upload screenshots of text conversations. The AI processes the chronological flow to identify communication styles and provide context-aware response suggestions. • Appearance Analysis (Face Scan): Upload a single personal photograph. The app performs an algorithmic facial aesthetic analysis to provide cosmetic feedback and styling suggestions. • Bio Optimization: Users manually type their dating profile text, and the AI optimizes it for better engagement. HOW IT WORKS & THE CONSENT PIPELINE To ensure complete transparency before any user data is accessed or transmitted to our third-party APIs, we have implemented 3 completely distinct explicit consent modals (one for each feature).

1. Select a tool (Chat, Face Scan, or Bio).
2. The user inputs or selects their data (image or text).
3. Right before the analysis starts, an explicit Data Processing Consent Modal appears.
4. If accepted, the data is sent. If declined, the processing is halted completely. Below is our strict compliance with Guideline 5.1.1(i): • What Data Will Be Sent: Only the exact inputs the user manually provides (chat screenshots, manually typed text, or a single face photo). • Who the Data is Sent To: Chat and Bio text are securely transmitted to Google LLC via Gemini API. Photographic face evaluation is sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI. • User Permission: Consent is requested independently for all 3 features. Accepting one does NOT grant permission for the others. • Data Use & Retention: The data is used exclusively to generate the requested real-time AI response. We do NOT retain, log, or store users' photos or texts. Furthermore, our third-party provider (Google LLC) processes this via their Paid API Services terms, which explicitly forbids using this submitted data for training generalized AI models. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES Attract AI utilizes an auto-renewable subscription: • Weekly Plan: $4.99 / week • Monthly Plan: $9.99 / month Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage this in their Apple ID Settings. USE OF STANDARD EULA (stEULA) Please note that we have opted to use the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (stEULA) applied to all territories. Our application provides algorithmic cosmetic and communication feedback, and explicitly disclaims being a medical, psychiatric, or professional diagnosis tool. Because of this, the standard limitations of liability provided in the Apple stEULA—when paired with our strict in-app privacy consent modals and Privacy Policy—effectively and appropriately protect the consumer without the need for a custom external EULA document.
