ScreenNote turns every screenshot you take into a searchable, reusable note — and now it keeps your ledger and your to-dos too.

It starts with on-device OCR: Apple Vision reads all the Chinese and English text inside each image, so you can search the words in the picture itself. Turn on optional AI and it goes further — auto-generating titles, summaries and tags, pulling key fields from records and quotes from your keepers. A screenshot becomes a structured note in seconds. Everything core runs entirely on your device: no network, no account, no subscription.

Ledger — bookkeeping as a side effect of screenshotting: • Payment confirmations, bank notifications and bill pages are recognized into entries automatically: amount, merchant, category, time • Monthly stats, category breakdown, trends and budget alerts; import a statement and reconcile differences — see exactly which months are missing • Multi-currency totals kept separate; income, refunds and transfers are told apart from spending • Smart dedupe for repeated screenshots, recurring subscriptions detected; every entry is editable, and you can add one manually too

To-dos — nothing in a screenshot gets forgotten: • Action items like "due tomorrow" or "meeting next Wed" are gathered into a to-do list; check them off as you go • One tap to add to system Reminders or Calendar; overdue items flagged in red, completion time recorded • Edit with a date picker — natural phrases like "next Wednesday" work too

Kept the way you meant it: • Throwaways (memes, news, things to send a friend) — settle into a folded "casual" row, out of the way • Records (orders, receipts, IDs, addresses, accounts, codes) — strong local search + one-tap copy of the key bits • Keepers (ideas, tutorials, quotes) — OCR brings the text back to life and gathers the same topics together • Grouping is visible and correctable in one tap; the Categories page keeps content, images, ledger and to-dos each in their own place — fully customizable
