StockEasy is the all-in-one inventory management app designed for small shop owners and retail businesses. Manage your products, track sales, handle purchases, and monitor profit -- all from your iPhone or iPad.

It is a keyword lookup over your own data, not a chatbot: no model, no server, nothing sent anywhere. Type real customer names and phone numbers if you want to; they never leave the phone. Free, no upgrade needed.

-- Tax, Wherever You Are -- Set your own rates and StockEasy itemises them on receipts and PDFs, with your tax number and the document heading your country expects. Prices can include tax (Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, Japan, China) or have it added at the register (the United States, Canada). A per-rate report shows what you collected, returns already taken off. Starting points for eight regions, all of them editable.

-- More Than One Shop -- Multi-Store is a separate purchase, not part of Pro — a single-site shop should not pay for branches it will never open. Each shop keeps its own sales, purchases, stock movements and books while products, customers and suppliers stay shared. Switch from the home screen.

-- Roles on This Device -- Owner, Manager and Staff each see and do only what you allow, with an owner passcode guarding the switch. Roles apply to this device -- StockEasy does not sync between devices.

-- Privacy First -- No account required. No sign-up, no data collection, no third-party analytics, no ads. Ever. StockEasy has no servers and never sends your shop data anywhere -- it works with the network switched off. Voice input uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Because nothing syncs, the backup file is your copy: it is free, covers everything, and you can export it any time.

-- Free vs Pro -- The free version runs a shop end to end: checkout, purchases, stock checks, multiple warehouses, member cards, reports, quick query, voice input, and backup files. Pro adds four things -- unlimited products (the free version holds 50), roles for up to 15 people on this device (the free version is single-user), unlimited custom fields (the free version holds 3), and Excel/CSV data export. Pro is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Multi-Store is sold separately.

A note on tax: StockEasy prints what you configure — your rates, itemised and labelled, with your registration number. Whether that satisfies your tax office is your call; we do not claim compliance with any country's rules. Tax on your own purchases is not tracked, so a return that also claims credits will need those from elsewhere.

StockEasy supports English and Simplified Chinese, with automatic language detection.
