Downfall - Offline Word Puzzle

Downfall is a strategic offline word puzzle game and brain training challenge where finding the words is only half the challenge.

Trace letters across the grid to find words. When a word is found, its tiles are removed and everything above cascades down. Simple to learn, but the order you solve the words in changes the entire board. Choose wrong and you'll reach a dead end with no way out.

This isn't a word search or a crossword. Downfall is a letter puzzle that rewards strategy and planning over speed. Every level is a logic problem disguised as a word game.

HOW TO PLAY

Find words by tracing a path through adjacent letters, similar to Boggle or word connect games. Tiles fall when a word is cleared, shifting the grid. Find all the words to complete the level. Stuck? Use a hint or undo your last move and try a different approach.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Unlike most word games, Downfall isn't about finding as many words as possible. Every level has a specific set of words and a specific order that works. Spot the pattern, plan ahead, and clear the board. One wrong move and the whole puzzle changes.

As you progress through chapters, new tile types unlock that change the rules. Stone tiles are shared between words and take multiple clears to remove. Wildcard tiles match any letter. Each new tile type adds a layer to the strategy.

DAILY CHALLENGE

A new puzzle drops every day, harder than the standard levels. Your score is calculated based on time, undos used, hints used and how often you got trapped. Compete on the global leaderboard and see how you rank against players worldwide.
