A few notes on what I changed and why:

Lead is now discovery/find-it-nearby, with bidding moved to a single secondary bullet on each side and into step 3 (with the "when bidding is open" hedge, in case the feature isn't live for every seller). Dropped the QR-code transaction step entirely — it's mentioned twice in the original and reads as a committed, shipped flow. If QR scan-to-confirm is actually live in the build you're submitting, say so and I'll add it back. Added a "Why Nventori" block that does the online-marketplace contrast and physical-presence framing. Kept "radius" and "real-time notifications" since those are concrete and true.
