MEDgevity is the patient companion app for members of a direct primary care and longevity medicine practice. It gives members secure, on-the-go access to their care team and health information.

With MEDgevity, members can:

Message their care team securely and get timely responses Book, reschedule, and manage appointments with their physician View lab results and health records, including longevity-focused biomarkers Follow personalized care plans and track recommended actions

MEDgevity is intended for existing members of the practice. A membership account is required to use the app.
