User Access & Onboarding Flow: Organizations initiate access by contacting us via our website (pebl.co.in) or email (support@pebl.co.in). Upon request, we create an organization-level admin account and securely share the login credentials with the organization. Organization & User Management: The organization admin logs into the web-based admin panel to: Create and manage users within their organization Assign roles and permissions based on responsibilities Project & Team Structure: For each project, the admin or authorized users create project-specific teams Team members are assigned based on their role in the project In-App Functionality: Authorized users can log into the PEBL mobile app Within each project, users can: Communicate via real-time chat Share media (images/videos) Exchange documents and files Collaborate with team members in a structured, project-based environment Access Control & Privacy: All access is restricted to authorized users within an organization Users can only view and interact with projects and teams they are assigned to
