2026-08-21	Do*****	⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using Sunsette since their beta days, and I genuinely LOVE how much this app has grown! As someone who was an early user, yes, there were some bugs in the beginning, but that’s expected with new software, and their support team has been incredible throughout the entire process. Any time I’ve submitted a support ticket, they’re either 1) already actively working on the issue, or 2) incredibly quick to address it once it’s brought to their attention. Their team is helpful, responsive, and actually listens to feedback from spray tan artists using the platform. The features have been a total game changer for my business. My clients have absolutely loved the switch, especially the rinse reminders, automated appointment reminders, messaging features, loyalty program, and referral program. On the business side, I LOVE being able to track things like mileage and solution usage, and the staff feature experience has been great as well. My business operates with a hybrid model of both studio and mobile appointments, and Sunsette has made managing both so much easier. It really feels like software that understands the needs of a spray tan business not just a generic booking platform. Easy setup, amazing features, great support, and they continue to improve and add to the platform. I’m so glad I made the switch! 🤎✨
